この時の千本ノック、皆で乗り越え強くなれた。やれば出来る小学生を見て感動しました。
It is a nostalgic place I visited at the training camp for my eldest son's baseball in the summer of 2014.
Thousand knocks at this time, everyone got over and became stronger. I was impressed to see the elementary school students who could do it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特に何もありませんが、グラウンドでは子供会や部活のチームなどが野球の試合・練習をしていたり、キャッチボールやサッカー、おじいちゃんおばあちゃん方はゲートボールなどをよくしています。
入口付近にある体育館では剣道ができたり、たまにダンスをしている方々もいます。
奥にはテニスコートやナイターもできる野球場、ちょっとした遊具などもあり、犬の散歩や子供達を遊ばせておくには最適です！
丘の沿いには桜の木があるので春には桜並木でお花見ができ、また、丘を下ると川があるので、夏場はテントを張ってバーベキューをする方々も多く見受けられます。
大きな駐車場が2ヶ所あるので車を停められないという心配はありません。武甲山や浦山ダムなども見ることができるので、何かこちらに用があれば１度訪れてみても良いと思います！

There are two large parking lots so you don't have to worry about not being able to park your car. You can also see Mt. Buko and Urayama Dam, so if you have something to do here, you can visit it once!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 荒川の河川敷沿いにある公園で運動場の他にキャンプなど出来るスペースもあり土日は昨今のアウトドアブームもあって結構な賑わいでした。
川の水が冷たくて気持ちよかったー。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 運動公園下の河原は無料でキャンプやバーベキューが出来るスポットになってます。
運動公園駐車場にキレイなトイレもあるので便利です。
川は広くて浅いのでよほどの事がなければ溺れることは無いかと思いますが、川のすぐ下流には段差があり危ない場所もあるのでお子様連れの方はしっかり監視して下さいませ。
先日見に行ったときは河原にバーベキュー後のゴミが放置されており、未だにそういう無神経なバ○がいるんだなと残念に思いました。
ゴミは必ず持ち帰ろう♫
