他の方も書いているようにドクターに問題あり。 騙せそうな人間にのみニコニコする集団。 病状を説明し検査を望んでも『無意味、それは病気じゃないよ、気のせい。』と、パソコンから1度も目を離さずに言われました。 もちろんこちらが説明しているだけなので診察はなし!! 【自立歩行が不可、顔や手足の変色】等細かにいつからなんの症状が、、、と説明している最中にバッサリ話を切られたんですよ。 てか1日前まで普通に生活していたのに翌朝には自立歩行不可、の時点でどう考えても気のせいではないかと。 素人ですら分かるのになぜドクターが分からないのか謎です。 そして入院しましたよ。別の地域の大きな病院に。 つまり、気のせいではなかったし、命に関わる病気でした。 ドクターの言うこと信じて気のせいか、で終わらせていたら命はありませんでした。 面白いくらいやる気がないのが丸見え。 しかもその時のドクターは不衛生で(ヨダレや唾液等)嗚咽が出るのを必死に耐えました。 挙句の果てに『別の病院行けば?あぁ、紹介状は書かないよ。あんた金持ちだね。そんな検査受けたいんだ』と、言われました。 もちろんクレーム入れましたよ。【〇〇先生の診察ミスにより命を落としかけた。人⚪しになりたいのかあの先生は、】と。 回答は【ドクターの方は分からないからどうにもならない】でしたけど。 秩父にはまともな病院はないのでしょうか?悲しくなります。

数年前の事で親が入院したが、介護のスタッフが最低レベル。オムツ替えで床に使用済みオムツを目の前で投げる事もありビックリした。態度が悪いので親も反抗する、の悪循環。他の救急病院ではなかった拘束もされてしまった。面会人がいても態度が悪い。裏でコソコソも悪質ではあるがオムツ替えでハケていても口の悪さが聞こえる。病院嫌いに拍車をかけてしまった。後に皆野、私立病院、生協と入院したが、あそこまで酷い介護スタッフはいなかった。オムツを持参したら病院の使っているのではないので使用済みオムツは袋を持ち帰ってくださいってのも秩父病院だけでした。足が拘縮しても何も報告も無し。オムツをテープ式にしてくださいと。入院中のケア(ストレッチや体をほぐす)拘縮予防的な事は秩父病院はやってない(現在はわからない)ので寝たきりになる人が多いそう。患者か家族が希望しないと歩行器も貸してもらえないようだった。(隣の患者の話を聞いて)あと、入院する度にやたら部屋がいっぱいだからと個室に入れたがり同意書にサインを求めてくるのも特長です。恐らく部屋は空いていたが、個室に入れて利益アップを図ったのではないか。同意書にサインしたら認めた事になりますので(患者家族が個室を希望してるなら問題無し)いい病院なら、部屋がいっぱいなので(病院都合の為)差額ベッドは頂きませんと先に言うのが正解。他の病院はそんな事なかったです。病院都合の差額ベッド代はかからないので、まず厚生局の名前を同意書を出した看護師に伝えましょう。困ったら地方厚生局に電話して相談しましょう。これでコロッと対応が変わります。厚生局から病院都合の差額ベッドを取らないように通達が来てるからです。なので同意書を取りたがります。入院し家族が混乱してる中、看護師の説明の中で個室の話を入れてきて判断を鈍らせます。(今現在改善されてるならいいが、実際にあった事であり有効な情報提供にもなるため)秩父病院のおかげで厚生局の存在を知る事ができました。サイン後でも納得行かない場合も電話しましょう。相談員に介護タクシーを紹介してもらったが、名前は伏せるが帰り約1500mを3800円も掛かった。後に違う病院の患者に教えてもらった(介護タクシー)アシストに頼み基本秩父市内1000円(別途入会金1000円)で大変助かった。違う救急病院に入院したら寝たきりにならなかった可能性もあったかもしれない。医師と看護師は可もなく不可もなく。床ずれの処置が時代遅れだった。スタッフの教育不足に差額ベッド代の金儲けが諸々改善されている事を望む。スタッフが悪いのは教育ができてないから。管理出来てない責任者が一番悪い。後に退院後アンケート的な紙を出すようになったが今更感がある。病院は比べればすぐに違いがわかるので真面目に頑張ってもらいたい。当時は、無知で何も知らなかったから何も言えなかったが次に同じような仕打ちをされたら次は絶対に許さないだろう。これを読んで少しでも金銭的でも参考になったら幸い。病院でやってくれるのは最低限、あとは自分で調べて行動しないと駄目と思う。ネットで検索して勉強しよう。※唯一他の病院より優れていたのは、他の病院では手を抜きがちな口腔ケアがしっかりしていて口の中はいつも綺麗だったので肺炎予防は優れていたのでこれからも口腔ケアに力を入れてもらいたい。看護師にガーゼでの口腔ケアのやり方を教わり生きてる間は肺炎にはならなかったのでそれだけは感謝しているが他がヒドいので全体的な改善を求む。

父親が手術でお世話になりました。コロナ禍ということもあり、PCR検査、事前の説明等があり家族としても安心でした。手術は無事に終わり翌日には退院させて頂きました。自宅にも早めに戻して頂いたことで、父親も気持ち的にリラックスできたようです。翌日、秩父病院の看護師さんから、術後の様子の確認、お気遣いなどのお電話を頂き、家族も安心しました。1人1人の患者さんを思いやる気持ちが伝わる電話に家族も感動をしています。秩父病院さんは、ワクチン接種やコロナ患者対応で常に最前線にあると聞いております。そんなお忙しい中、献身的なご対応ありがとうございました。
