★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新規口座開設で来訪。案内係は他の人を対応中だったので用紙を探し記入・押印。その後、整理券を取ろうとした所で案内係に止められ、何故か記入台で待つように言われ、待っていた。数分後、此方へ来る途中で別の客に捕まり、其方の応対へ。此方は放置。幼子を抱えているのにも関わらず、立って待たせ更に他の客の応対へ。ふざけんな、て思いましたね。結局、今はタブレットで名前や住所の登録をし、印鑑は別の用紙に押印する、との事。だったら用紙は撤去すべきでしょ。そして『お待たせ致しました』の言葉は忘れちゃダメでしょ。
