子	子どもと日本の未来を創るたかさん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 開示請求を行いましたが、分かりやすく説明して頂き、目的を達成できました。対応感謝致します。虐待に関わる警察への通報により警察官が子どもに関わるとほとんどの場合児童相談所へ通告されます。それが、きっかけで虐待でも何でもない案件で、児相がいきなり子どもを連れ去るという「一時保護」を実施します。親はパニック状態です。しかし、千葉県の児童相談所は、厚労省のガイドラインに反し、一時保護の背景を丁寧に説明しているケースがほとんどありません。そのため、保護者は絶望か、怒りかのどちらかになります。警察が対応していたのであれば、開示請求を出して、全ての対応を確認してください。おそらく、その文面を拡大解釈して保護に至っていると思われます。児童相談所は、警察からの児童通告があまりに多すぎて処理するのも大変なため、これに基づいた不適切な保護が多数見られます。警察官には刑事事件に該当しない虐待案件を対応する権限が無いため、全て児相に移管しなければなりません。こういった状況により、虐待を受けていない子ども達が、親や、学校、友達と長期間引き離され、勉強も遅れ、友達もいなくなるどころか、いじめに遭うという悲しい事実が多数報告されています。私は、子ども達のため、こういった行政の矛盾を改善するため、行動していきたいと思います。国民の安全を守って頂いている警察官の方々に感謝致します。 I requested disclosure, but I was able to achieve my goal by explaining it in an easy-to-understand manner.
