馬刺しを注文して馬ユッケが出てきたので、その旨伝えると「そうですよね」との返答(確信犯？ちなみに60代後半くらいの女性)。その後時間掛かって冷凍状態の馬刺しが出てきました。何か事情があるなら注文時に言ってもらえればこちらも対応できるし、単純に間違ったのなら「ごめんなさい」あはは！で逆にコミュニケーション取れたりするので、間違い=悪 では無いと思うのですが‥その後の態度が最悪で、男性の声掛けには応じるものの女性が声を掛けると無視したり忙しい！と発言(私たちの他にお客さんは二人組の1組。笑)もう訂正しませんでしたが追加した注文も間違いで‥コロナの時期だからスタッフお休みだったのかな？行きたかったお店の営業時間の関係で初めて訪れたので分かりませんが。
お会計では、メニューから計算していた金額に3千円ほど多く上乗せされていました。もう笑ってしまう感じ。「今日は失礼しました」の一言あったり間違った後も笑顔で対応すると人柄を感じ逆にまた行こう！となるのに残念です。来なくていいよ！の不当な上乗せなのかも知れませんが、もしそうだとしたら最低最悪ですね。

After that it took a while and frozen horse sashimi came out. If you have any circumstances, you can handle it if you tell me when you order, and if you made a mistake simply "I'm sorry" aha! However, I think that it is not wrong = bad because I can communicate on the contrary, but the attitude after that is the worst, I will accept the call of the man but ignore the woman when I call it and I am busy! (There are two other customers besides us, one of us. Lol) I did not correct it anymore, but the order I added was also mistaken. I don't know because I visited for the first time because of the business hours of the shop I wanted to visit.
In the checkout, the amount calculated from the menu was added as much as 3,000 yen. I feel like laughing. Even if I say "I'm sorry today," or if I make a mistake and respond with a smile, I feel the character and let's go again! It is a pity that You do not have to come! It may be an unreasonable addition, but if that is the case, it is the worst.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炭火七輪で美味しく頂けます。量も一品辺り軽い二人前くらいなので頼みやすかったです。１人～３人くらいが来やすく注文しやすいかな。でもビビンバ用なのか白米はあまりふっくらしてなくて、ちょっと残念。
