They were able to come to our home for my son's newborn photoshoot and do indoor studio and outdoor shoots so beautifully for us. Recently my home computer crashed and I lost all of my photo files that I had from Chepolinko. I contacted them and they were able to get every single one of our photo files sent over to us that very same day, I was amazed and forever grateful that they had had all of our family memories backed up for us! She is fluent in multiple languages like English, Japanese and two more languages. She explained everything in details. Which shows their professionalism and passion for work. Although we were not able to make appointment with them but honestly it was very good experience. I would highly recommend for any type of photography specially for new born baby.

A	Anna Ng on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a 14 day newborn session done here but I was not happy with my experience for the following reasons: 1. I did not get to choose any of the props. 2. I was told I was not able to choose any all-skin poses. 3. In half of the photos, my newborn was awake, overstimulated and looks upset. 4. At no point was I asked if I was happy with what was going on in the session. 5. I was not invited into the studio room at the beginning to observe any preparations/photo taking. While some of the photos are lovely, the photographer's inability to settle an upset newborn or communicate with me about my expectations for props and poses undermined the success of the session. Towards the end of the session, after watching her take a few quick snaps of my newborn awake, not in pose and not properly swaddled, I left with disappointment and a sinking feeling. I dreaded returning for the next appointment when I was presented with a selection of less than impressive shots by her husband. I was not happy with half of these photos. While I'm grateful for the effort and with what goes into these sessions, I didn't get the photos I hoped for and I'm disappointed by the entire experience. After all, you can not book in for a another newborn session when it takes time to secure a booking and your baby is no longer a newborn.

All preparatory communications were prompt and thorough, we were warmly greeted immediately at their completely charming studio, and the entire photo session was effortless for us—something we greatly appreciated as once again newborn parents. Our toddler even stayed the duration of the whole photo shoot because she was so comfortable with the child friendly setting and friendliness of the couple. We were also very relieved to have full direction for ourselves during the actual photo shoot as this couple truly captured the most stunning picture of our growing family and precious newborn. We couldn’t have had a more perfect experience and are thankful to have worked with Chepolinko! We would highly recommend their services to everyone!

Alina is so easy to work with and she made a very nervous subject (me) feel incredibly comfortable. The quality of her work speaks for itself. I was looking for studio-style photos and that’s exactly what Alina specializes in. Another factor that went into my decision to work with her was her extensive collection of dresses and textiles to choose from. I decided I didn’t want to deal with the hassle of renting/buying dresses just for the photoshoot and my go-to dress rental place (rent the runway) doesn’t ship to Japan.
