★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのお店はめっちゃ対応悪い。AQUX下着を購入したのだか店の管理がなってないのか買って翌日には不具合起こしてこれはないと思い取り敢えずお店に相談。勿論衛生上なので返品や交換不可と無愛想に回答。直接メーカーに連絡して返金対応可能でしたので何とか無事終了。１年前のデザインの下着が売られてるメーカーもビックリしてて、メーカー曰く店舗の管理問題があり、生地事態が劣化したのが原因ですと回答。これからはちゃんとAQUXさんの公式サイトで購入しようと思いました。
The shop here is really bad. I wondered if I bought AQUX underwear or the store is not in control. I bought it and the next day I had a problem and I thought that this was not the case, so I consulted with the store. Of course, it is hygienic, so I answered unfriendly that it cannot be returned or exchanged. I contacted the manufacturer directly and was able to respond to refunds, so I managed to finish it. The manufacturer who sells underwear designed a year ago was also surprised, and he answered that the cause was that there was a store management problem according to the manufacturer and the fabric situation deteriorated. From now on, I decided to purchase it properly on AQUX's official website.
