今回は週に一度提供されているばら寿司を購入です、このばら寿司は地元の方々に人気で予約販売でかなりの量数を捌かれそうですよ！
バランスの良い構成ですね！ 酢飯はあっさりで上品な味付け、錦糸卵の上には酢締め鰆・ガラエビ・焼き穴子・蛸・煮椎茸等々、各々の具材もレベルが高いです！！
用意したあさりの汁・酢の物との相性のバッチリ、最後まで美味しく頂きました^^

It's a well-balanced composition! Vinegar rice is lightly and elegantly seasoned, and on top of the brocade egg, the level of each ingredient is high, such as vinegar-tightened mackerel, Spanish mackerel, grilled conger eel, octopus, and boiled shiitake mushrooms! !!
It goes perfectly with the prepared clam juice and vinegar, and it was delicious until the end ^^
