最初の契約と違うことを言われます。
契約のときに毛が抜けなかった場合の当て直しがあると聞きましたが、
実際はクリニックに当て直しに行くと、
これは照射漏れでは無いのでといわれ、当て直しせずに少し肌を見ただけで帰らされました。
それにドクターではなく女性のスタッフの判断です。
その日はわざわざ仕事を休んでまで行ったのにすごく残念です。
谷間の毛は全然抜けてないし、完全に当て漏れなのに『毛周期の関係です』の一点張りです。
アリシアで当て直しして貰えた方は居るのでしょうか？
私のように追い返された方がほとんどだと思います。
院長も居ますが、医師免許を持っているが飾りのような男の人でした。契約の際に脱毛についての動画を見せられるのですが、その内容と同じ事を院長から最後に説明されるだけで、
ここの毛が気になっててなどのカウンセリングは全く無いです。
私はもともとサロン脱毛に通っていたと伝えると、7回目くらいで抜けますよ！と言われたのでその時丁度やっていた7回コースのキャンペーンを契約しましたが、
毛が抜けないと言うと、だいたい10回でツルツルになりますと言われました。
契約のときと言うことが違うところが多々あって、信用できません。
責任者と話をさせてと言っても、責任者を出してくれません。

There is also a director, but he was a man who had a doctor's license but looked like a decoration. You can see a video about hair loss at the time of contract, but the director just explained the same thing at the end.
There is no counseling such as worrying about the hair here.
If I tell you that I originally went to salon hair removal, it will come out in about the 7th time! So I signed up for the 7-course campaign that I was doing at that time, but when I said that my hair wouldn't come off, I was told that it would be smooth after about 10 times.
I can't trust it because there are many things that are different from when I signed the contract.
Even if I tell them to talk to the person in charge, they will not give out the person in charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約も取りやすい方だし、どのスタッフさんも笑顔で丁寧に接してくれます。
施術も少し痛いですが毛が固くて太いｖｉｏや脇とかでなければ全然痛くはないです。
前述ふたつは痛いですが一瞬の痛みですし、まあ医療脱毛なので仕方ないです(^^;
あと、もし遅れていくならその時間も消費されますので遅れるぐらいならキャンセルした方がオススメです(*´∀｀*)

そしたら前日にしっかり自己処理しとかないとできないと当日に説明され、結局別の日にしてもらうことになりました。予約した時点で言って欲しかったです。交通費が余分にかかりました。通う回数が少ないことを決め手に契約した意味…。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 身体だけのつもりが顔も契約させられました。カウンセリング対応はそんなに悪いとは思いませんでしたがちょっと強引だったなーと思います。色々契約の不手際もあり、無駄に時間がかかったりでちょっと残念でした。
脱毛はまだ1回目ですが悪くなさそうです。看護師さんは丁寧でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 施術者の方は皆さん優しくていい人ばかりですが3回行った中で２回受付に居たメイクが濃いめ(ギャル系)の女性の愛想の無さは気分悪かったです。施術が終わり受付で呼ばれて初回施術終わりは受付でも「今日の施術での疑問点ありませんか〜…」などの声掛けがあったのに２回目、愛想のない方の時はチラシの説明受けて「本日の施術は終わりですありがとうございました」と棒読みで言われなにか悪いことしたのかな？という気分になりました。最初の印象もトゲトゲしく笑顔はなく接客や受付向いてない方だなと思いました。他の方は柔らかい印象で素敵でした。

The first impression was that he was a spiky person with no smile and was not suitable for customer service or reception. The other people had a soft impression and were lovely.
