★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境省のホームページにも載っている湧き水で、茶屋が坂公園を流れる小川の水源。これまであまり意識はしなかったのですが、確かにこれは湧水で生活排水ではないんですね。
地形的には丘陵地ですが周りはすべて住宅で、背後に山や丘があるわけではないので、ここから水が湧いているのはちょっと不思議です。
湧き出しているその場所は、コンクリートでガードされていてよく見えませんが、少し下ると整備された小さな流れになって茶屋が坂池まで続いています。
私の知っている限りこの流れが枯れたことはなく、いつ行っても気持ちの良い場所です。
The spring water on the Ministry of the Environment's website is the source of the stream where the teahouse runs through Saka Park. I hadn't paid much attention to it until now, but it is certainly spring water, not domestic wastewater.
It is a hilly area topographically, but the surrounding area is residential, and there are no mountains or hills behind it, so it is strange that water is flowing from here.
The place that is springing up isn't visible because it's protected by concrete, but when it goes down a little, it becomes a small stream and a teahouse continues to Sakaike.
As far as I know, this flow has never withered, and it's a comfortable place to visit anytime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 湧き水と言っても飲むことはできない。
湧き水と近隣の側溝が混じる為飲まない方が良い。ただこの公園にはなくてはならないものであることは確かだ。
It can not drink even if it says spring water.
It is better not to drink because spring water and neighboring ditch mix. However, it is certain that this park is an indispensable thing.
