k	kujira boy on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2回ほど使わせて頂きました。バターソフトが美味しかったです。値段はそれなりにしました。普通のケーキ屋くらいかな？接客については少し残念でした。笑顔が少なく、オペレーター的な雰囲気を感じました。また、特別混んでいる訳でもないのに、並んでから結構待ちました。周りの他の店に比べると店員さんも多いと感じるので、まだまだ改善できそうだなあと感じました。 I used it about twice. な	なっつ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アップルパイとマロンパイを購入しました。マロンパイには大きな栗が丸ごと一個入っていて、とっても美味しかったです。アップルパイは林檎がゴロゴロしてるタイプではなく、ジャムのようなタイプのものですので、美味しいですが好みは分かれるかなと思いました。開店したてに伺ったからかもですが、行列に並んだ後に、一組ごとにショーケース前で注文する形式だったので、後ろに並んでる行列を考えるとなんだかじっくり選ぶことができませんでした。並んでる間に何を注文するか考えられるよう商品のチラシを配るなどして頂いてもいいのかなと思いました。 I bought an apple pie and a malon pie. R	Ryan Dizon on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 日曜日の昼に行ったらかなりの行列が出来てましたがオープン直後なのでしょうがないかと。ケーキとパイを購入するにはまずショーケースの前に行って注文して番号札を貰います。そのあと焼き菓子や和菓子、冷凍食品などを選び、もらった番号札と一緒に払います。正直パイのことで頭いっぱいでしたのでケーキを全然見ないでショーケースを去ってしまいました。。。スイートポテトパイ、アップルパイ、フィナンシェを自宅用であんこ餅パイをお土産用で買ったんですがどれもとても美味しかったです。その後友達から聞いたんですが、あんこ餅パイもバランスが良くて美味しかったとのことでした。 When I went there on Sunday afternoon, there was a lot of lines, but I wonder if it was just after the opening. T	Todoちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オープン当初は長蛇の列で買うまでに30分掛かったが、今は時間帯を選べば１〜２人待ちレベル。いつも不満なのが、１人の会計に相当な時間がかかる。一体なんで？そんなに時間がかかるんだ！？皆さんもそう感じるでしょう。なので、レジ待ちの列に手ぶらで並んで、自分の順番が来た時にすぐ横のアイスを取り出して会計してます。誕生日ケーキを買った、その場でプレートに文字も書いてくれた。あっさり食べられて美味しかった。おめでとうございます、と若い店員さんから言われて嬉しかった。社員教育なのか、その店員さんの心遣いなのかは分かりません。ただ、言えるのは色んなお店で誕生日ケーキを購入してきたが、笑顔でおめでとうございます、と言われたのはこのお店が初めて！気に入りました。アップルパイは評判高いが普通かな。お馴染みのチョコバッキーも売ってる。郊外店舗が一般的なシャトレーゼですが、浦和駅ビルにあるので使いやすい。 At the beginning of the opening, it took 30 minutes to buy in a long line, but now it is a level of waiting for 1 or 2 people if you choose the time zone.
