★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず電話に出る時も特に社名も名乗らず、間違い電話をしてしまったかと不安になりました。ボソボソ喋る声はほぼ聞き取れず、また愛想の欠けらも無い。決して鍵屋に高級ホテル並の接客を求めているわけではないですが、商売する立場の人間として最低限の態度というものがあるのではないのでしょうか。非常に不快でした。こちらには一生お願いしません。
 First of all, when I answered the phone, I didn't even say my company name, so I was worried if I made the wrong call. Almost no voice is heard, and there is no lack of amiability. I'm not asking the locksmith to serve as a luxury hotel, but I think there is a minimum attitude for a person in business. It was very uncomfortable. Please do not ask here for the rest of your life.
