Nearly 40 years old. It was a property of Takenaka Corporation and Oki Real Estate. The area of one of the leading condominiums in Warabi, sandwiched between the first bell and Rene Warabi. A good condominium with good repairs. It is a part of a group of convenient and valuable condominiums that are close to the city center, with low prices and easy living.
