★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お気に入りのモツ鍋屋です。モツ鍋を食べるために引っ越した今でもここまで電車で来ます。
鍋は博多系、トロッとしたホルモンに豚骨醤油のスープがマッチします。
締めにちゃんぽん麺を入れれば体が暑くなります。
他にも馬刺しやゼンマイなどのホルモンが食べられます。モツ鍋のスープはいくつか種類があるので気分に合わせて変えられます。
This is my favorite offal hot pot shop. Even now that I moved to eat motsunabe, I still come here by train.
The hot pot is Hakata-based, and the pork bone soy sauce soup matches the tonkotsu hormone.
If you add champon noodles at the end, your body will get hot.
You can also eat other hormones such as horse sashimi and royal fern. There are several types of motsunabe soup, so you can change it according to your mood.
