若干対応にムラがありますが、何を食べても美味しい印象が残ってます。川エビの唐揚げ美味しかったです。

There is some unevenness in correspondence, but a delicious impression remains regardless of what you eat. The fried river shrimp was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ フォーククルセダーズやチェリッシュなどの曲は店長の趣味だそうです。創作料理はけっこうgoodでした。ただ隣の席からタバコの煙が・・・コンパクトな客席だから致し方ないとは思いますけど、なんとかなりませんかね。
It seems that songs such as Fork Crusaders and Cherish are hobbies of manager. Creative cuisine was pretty good. Just a cigarette smoke from the next seat ... Because it is a compact audience seat, I think that there is no way I can do it.

蕨駅前(ちょっとだけ繁華街から離れていますが)近くの居酒屋さんです。定員さんの女性が良い味を出していました。実際に訪れないとわからない雰囲気かと思いますが。
店内はそこまで大きくはありませんが、お座敷とカウンターがあります。お座敷には炉端焼きの準備があり、注文して「時分で焼きたい」と言えば自分で焼くことができます。また、お任せすれば焼いてくれます(別料金ではないので安心)。
個人的には、生かき、ほたて焼き、牛タンのステーキが特に美味しかったです。鶏のゆず胡椒焼きもおすすです。
また、お酒は充実しています。日本酒の「銀シャリ」は特に美味しかったです。お店の方からくわしい紹介もあったので、わかりやすくて嬉しかったです。
ただ一点。サーブの時間だけが気になりました。時分が利用した時だけかも知れませんが、ちょっと時間かかったかなぁと…。それ以外はとても満足しています。

It is a bar near Warabi Station (although it is a bit far from downtown). A woman of capacity was giving a good taste. I guess it's an atmosphere you won't know unless you actually visit.
The store is not that big, but there is a parlor and a counter. The parlor is ready for fire-side grilling, and you can order it and say "I want to bake in hours and minutes". Also, if you leave it, it will be baked (it is safe because it is not a separate fee).
Personally, the raw, scallop and beef tongue steaks were especially delicious. Yuzu and chicken grilled chicken are also recommended.
In addition, sake is substantial. Gin Shari of sake was especially delicious. There was also a detailed introduction from the shop, so I was happy because it was easy to understand.
Just one point. I was only concerned with the time of serving. It may be only when time is used, but I guess it took a little time. Everything else is very satisfying.
It was delicious! !

The unit price is high for the food. It's probably because they're spending money on local sake such as meat, seafood, and Ginjo sake. Is it a BBQ shop? Is it an izakaya? This is a questionable store.
