P	P N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今まで整形外科、ペインクリニック、脳神経内科、診療内科にかかりました。良い先生ばかりです。ただ、予約センターの電話があまりにも通じない。対面式での窓口予約と電話対応をたった２名程度で回しているので、そりゃ繋がらないよなと思います。なので、キャンセルの電話も数日間ずっとつながらないまま当日になってドタキャンのようになってしまうし、せっかく予約枠が空けられるにも関わらず他の受診したい患者さんを受け入れることもできない。とても非効率な経営体質です。土浦協同病院のように、窓口とは別に電話専門の予約センターを設置するべきだと思います。協同病院はいつも必ず電話が通じるので、セントラルも同じくらい気持ちの良い病院になってほしい。 I have been involved in orthopedics, pain clinic, neurology, and medical care.
