★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日のランチはラーメン、総社市内の三平ラーメンさんにやって来ました。外観はスレート構造の平屋、鄙びた感じが素敵ですね！
店内は外観から想像するより広く、テーブル＆カウンターで14席、右手奥側の座敷席は16席もあります。満席になると大将お一人ではかなり気忙しくなりそうです！！
玉子入りラーメン（660円）を注文、待つこと５分少々で着丼です。スープは一見豚骨オンリーに見えますが豚骨醤油になります。クリーミーで癖のない味わい、浜ラーメンさんに少し似ているかもしれませんが、こちらの方がシャープな印象です。麺は中細ストレート、デフォで若干軟いでしょうか。チャーシューは綺麗に脂がのった中サイズが４枚、歯応え良く好きなタイプです。茹で玉子は昔ながらのスライス形状、表町地下のすわきさんを思い出します^^; 緩めのシナチクに青葱もあります。
夜は居酒屋メイン営業になると思いますが、高齢のお父さんが作られる優しい味わいの豚骨醤油ラーメン、美味しかったです！！
Today's lunch came to Ramen, Mr. Mihira Ramen in Soja City. The appearance is a one-story flat with a slate structure, and the gorgeous feeling is wonderful!
The store is larger than you can imagine from the exterior. There are 14 seats at the table and counter, and 16 seats on the far right side. When full, the general seems to be quite busy! !
Order noodles with egg (660 yen), wait 5 minutes and wait. The soup looks like pork bones only, but it becomes pork bone soy sauce. It may be a little like Hama Ramen, with a creamy and savory taste, but this is a sharper impression. The noodles are medium thin straight, is it soft by default? The char siu is 4 types of medium size with beautifully greased, and it is a type that I like with a good texture. The boiled egg reminds me of the old slice shape, Suwaki in the basement of Omomachi ^^;
I think that it will be the main business of the izakaya at night. !

ラーメンをいただきました。
豚骨醤油スープに合ったもっちり麺、チャーシューの味も?で、とても美味しかったです‼️＼(^o^)／
他にも美味しそうなメニューがあったので、又寄らさせてもらいます。(^^)

The chewy noodles that go well with the pork bone soy sauce soup and the char siu taste were ? and it was very delicious! ️ \ (^ o ^) /
There was another menu that looked delicious, so I'll drop by again. (^^)

「のぞき」は相変わらずの珍味健在でした。

焼鳥の煙が凄かったです！親父に連れて行ってもらって焼鳥食べてたのが懐かしいな
