短時間でも、リラックス出来るように構成されていて、慌ただしい日常から少しだけ逃れることが出来ました。
可愛らしい女の子が一生懸命頑張ってくれたので少し萌えました。
また行こうと思います

1時間丸々、癒しもほぐしも伸ばしもなく、何も起きない。
帰宅後、YouTube見てやったヨガの気持ちいいことよ。
Just lie down on the hot carpet, nowhere is healed "no surge"
Nothing happens for an hour without healing, loosening or stretching.
After I got home, I saw yoga on YouTube and it feels good.
