★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 時間にルーズ。オンラインで重要事項説明を予約したが、時間になっても連絡がないためこちらから連絡。したものの折り返しの連絡も約束の時間になってもこない。物件の家賃などの情報を十分理解しておらず、説明がスムーズではない。手続きの際、不備が判明し後日再び物件探しに。
見学予定の物件が決まってしまったと言われたが、他の不動産にその物件を問い合わせたところまだ空いているという始末。手数料なども高い。
別の不動産屋にすればよかったです。
 Loose in time. I booked an explanation of important matters online, but I haven't heard from you when the time comes, so I will contact you. Even though I did, I didn't get back to you at the promised time. The explanation is not smooth because I do not fully understand information such as the rent of the property. During the procedure, a defect was found and I searched for a property again at a later date.
It was said that the property to be visited was decided, but when I inquired about the property to another real estate, it was said that it was still vacant. Fees are also high.
I should have made another real estate agent.
