M	M K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前日に、急に雪が降るという予報でした。「ノーマルタイヤからスタッドレスに変更しますか？」と電話で連絡が入りプラス料金で変更したが、当日全然雪は降ってなくてノーマルに変更したいと申し出たが不可能と… ネット上では、ノーマルタイヤの予約枠はあったのにその場ではダメだと言う返事でした。男性の方が対応してくれましたが、笑顔はいっさい無くて、残念な接客でした。走行距離は数キロだったせいか、返却時の対応は迅速でした。ガソリンを入れたレシートはキチンと確認せず「はい、大丈夫ですよ」とユルい感じで、車体の傷の確認もせず数分で済みました。春日部駅から歩いて利用出来るので便利です。料金設定も普通ですが、次回利用するかは検討したいとこです。 The day before, it was forecast that it would snow suddenly.
