★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大阪市内の不動産会社に勤めている者です。以前にエスリード城東中央のあるお部屋の売却のお手伝いをしました。当マンションは築浅中古マンションで立地も良いので、絶えず内覧のお問い合わせがありました。管理人さんもわたしからの各種問い合わせ（駐輪場・駐車場の空き、月の値段等）を度々しましたが、気さくに対応して頂きました。エントランスも綺麗で管理が行き届いている印象でした。
A person who works for a real estate company in Osaka city. Previously I helped sell a room in the center of Eslead Joto. This condominium is a newly built pre-owned condominium and is in a good location, so we were constantly inquiring about the preview.
