★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前ロードバイク購入について相談したところていねいに対応していただきました。GIANTのエントリーモデルにしようかと思ていたのですが、あつかってないとのこと、別の店を紹介していただきました。specializedも考えていたんですが、昔やってたけどやめたとのことです。
When I consulted about buying a road bike before, I had a great response. I was thinking of making it an entry model for GIANT, but I was told that it wasn't handled and that another store was introduced. I was also thinking about specialized, but I used to do it but I stopped it.

親友と2人でロードバイクの不調を治してもらおうと寄り、フロントディレイラーの調整をお願いしたところなぜかディレイラーではなくブレーキのワイヤーをいじりはじめブレーキを効かなくされ、やっとディレイラーのワイヤーを触りはじめたと思った途端にディレイラー自体をずらしインナーでの走行時はすべでチェーンが干渉するようにされてしまった。挙句の果てにこれはフレーム自体が悪いなどと言い始めいじって壊した後に治らないと言ってきた。店主は自分ではしっかり調整できたと思っているのがなおさら酷いです。
二度と利用しません。

I will not use it again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで自転車を購入していないにも関わらず快く対応していただけたのが嬉しかったです。
しかも上越の自転車店に多いのが『 どんな修理でも順番（それは理解できますが）7～10日ぐらいはかかります 』がもはや普通なんですが迅速に対応してもらい即日修理をしてくださいました。
（ニップルの折れによるスポークの外れという診断でした。）
僕の感じるた印象は特別なことは何一つしていないけど『 心地良い接客 』でした。
自分の仕事の都合で少し遅れそうなどと身勝手な話にも特定のところからお声がけください。と親切な対応が本当に嬉しかったです。
商売は技術ももちろん必要ですが心がかよわないのは最低だと思うのですがサトウ自転車店さんは親切に対応してくださいました。
店内もスポーツバイクが多いので上越地方でいい店を知らなくて困っている方は是非一度行かれてみてはいかがでしょうか。
