★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 料金について、ウソの説明をされ、本来セットにできないオプションを追加され高額請求をされた。フランチャイズ本部に通報し発覚したものの、非常に悪質。
また清掃自体も不十分で、見えにくいところ（窓枠のうえ、ドア枠のうえなど）にはホコリが積もったままで完了とされた。他にも、あちこち行き届かない清掃に落胆した。
フランチャイズ形式のため、保障は効く。別店舗の方が改めて来て下さり、満足な清掃をして頂けたが、行田店は極めて悪質である。
行田店店長「萩原」への委託は避けた方がよい。あるいは近日中にフランチャイズオーナーが別の者に変更した際には、改善される可能性もあるが、、、
