They barely spoke English but we were certain we had communicated that we wanted one hour of karoake and one hour of drinks. Then when we went to check out, they said we ordered a drink after our hour and therefore we're trying to charge us 6000 more yen for a coffee we did not order after our one hour time. After trying to translate for an hour we were so fed up we paid, said it was not ok and left. They very clearly understood what we had said and simply took advantage of us. This is not how an establishment should operate.
