a	akira akaishi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は今までに人間関係(パワハラ）で仕事が続かないことが多く、こちらで就労移行支援を受けていました。訓練の内容はとても良かったのですが、一部スタッフの対応に問題を感じました。アサーティブコミュニケーション・傾聴などを訓練で行っているのですが、訓練する側のスタッフが、アサーティブではない対応やこちらの気持ちを受け止めてくれない、傾聴？聞いてくれていない気がしたり、時には私の考えを否定されたこともあり、スタッフ｢就職する気がないなら退所した方が良いんじゃないんですか？｣とスタッフに言われたこともあります。利用者の居る場所でのスタッフ同士の言い合いがありスタッフ専用の部屋が無いから、利用者の前で言い合いになっていた。スタッフの上司、部下関係やパワハラ的なもは見たくなかった。訓練する側ができていないで、利用者は、これから先再就職して職場定着できるのだろうか？ I have often not been able to continue working due to human relationships (power harassment), I was receiving work transition support here.
