何度か行ったが店員が毎回違う女の方だと意味不明!男が二人いるが確かにスーツの若い方が店長らしく凄く丁寧だった!がもう片方は丸め込もうとしてるのがわかる!当たり外れ激しいので若いスーツじゃなかったらおすすめしない

男性が2人体制で応対、結論から言うともう利用はありせん。貴金属を持ち込みましたが他で見せたところ、ココの査定の3倍以上の値段がつくものがいくつもありました。 1人は初心者査定員なのか、パソコンで画像を送ってその先の人が査定してくれるから質問をしても自分には何もわからない、との事でした。肉眼で見えない刻印は全て貴金属ではないと言われこちらから「刻印はココです」っと言う状況でした。 もう1人の甘いマスクを鼻にかけたような態度の査定員は慣れた様子で隣で対応していましたが、金は今後下がるだけで売らないと損だと言いくるめて、お客様が持ち込んだ貴金属を1ヶ月ほど前に査定した金額よりも1万円以上安く買い叩いているのが丸々聞こえました。顔が好みだと売ってしまう女心を解ってらっしゃるのでしょう。 ちなみに10点ほど持ち込んで40分以上かかっての激安査定です。とてもおすすめできません。

薄い壁1枚を隔てたところでの、電話での会話が丸聞こえでした。 使用感、傷あり、など伝えなければいけないことは理解できますが、お客様に会話が筒抜けなのはどうかと思います。 正直かなり不快でした。 もう2度と来ることはないです。 ありがとうございました。

商品の箱のブランド名を見るなり、大した値段にならないと何回も言われ不快だった。 他店でいくら値がついたか、希望額を最初に聞かれ(査定できないからそれを参考にしてる?)裏に査定しに行き いくらで引き取れるか、値段を聞いた上でどうするかも聞かないで希望額にならないからこちらでは引き取れないと言われた。 全然値がつかないみたいな言われ方をしたけど他店で希望額の−1万で引き取ってもらった。 こういう店にはあまり行ったことなく、何店舗か回ったがここが1番接客が不快だった。
