★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 交通事故加害者の契約していた保険会社でした。事故後に1度、満足に敬語も使えない女性から事実確認電話が来ただけ、その後この会社から連絡が来ることはなく、こちらから連絡をすると｢損害が発生したのは被害者都合｣だそうで自己負担を強いられます。説明を求めても返答なく安心して通院も出来ません。100%の被害者に、どういう理解で自費なんでしょうか…。契約者多数いると思いますが…契約することが考えられません。

Once after the accident, a woman who couldn't use honorifics satisfactorily called me to confirm the facts, but the company never contacted me after that, and when I contacted her, she said, "It was the victim's convenience that the damage occurred." You will be forced to pay yourself. Even if I ask for an explanation, I cannot go to the hospital without any reply. What kind of understanding do you have to pay for 100% of the victims? I think there are a lot of contractors, but ... I can't think of a contract.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 娘親子の一時帰国時の逆海外旅行保険の手続きのために訪れました。当地の搭乗口を出た時から保険適用されること、しかしα株にしか対コロナ感染症には適用せず対δはなし。帰国まで間がない娘の元に翌日には書類がスキャンされ届いたようで素早い応対に感謝しています。
