・セキスイ・スウェーデンでお気に入りの物件もあり、ちょくちょく見に行ってました。
セキスイのオジサマ営業マンに、一般的な上物だけで6,000万からですと言われ、セキスイは諦め、無難に…スタッフが良かったトヨタにしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 色々な催しものをしているので、興味があり子供が喜びそうなイベントがあれば連れていく。以前はわんわん動物園から犬のふれあいイベントがあり、お散歩することができてよかった。犬の毛がつくので、コロコロ用意してもらえるとありがたいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 通りがかりで現代でもこんなにかっこいい大屋根でクラシックなハウスメーカーがあるのかと思い入ってみるとハウジングセンターの事務所でした。個人的にはクラシックな家が好みで、私のような世間一般から外れたおかしな頭の人には見るハウスメーカーはありません。最近の良くある家ばかりで洋館が好きな人には見るところがありません。やはりどこも入場者の取り合いで、モデルハウスの前を通るとだっこしている私の幼い娘をダシに、何ヵ月か？女の子？男の子？と声をかけてきます。そういう人間観察が面白いですね。どのような事をきっかけに声かけをするか？営業の人は勉強になりますね。
When I wondered if there was a classic house maker with such a cool big roof on the way, it was the office of the housing center. Personally, I like classic homes, and there's no house maker to look at for a weird-headed person like me. There is nothing to see for those who like Western-style buildings because they are all common houses these days. How many months has it been since my little daughter, who is passing in front of the model house because of the competition of visitors everywhere? girl? boy? I will call out. That kind of human observation is interesting. What kind of thing do you want to call out to? Sales people will study.
