付け毛をしてボリュームを出すという打ち合わせを行っていたのですが付け毛は無し。
後毛の長さの左右差はひどく、量もバラバラ、もみあげは片側はもっさりなのにもう片側はゼロ。スピードも早すぎるしすごく雑に感じました。自分でやった方が良かったと後悔。
着付けの最中に「髪の毛が気に入らないんですけどやり直しとかって出来ませんよね？」と尋ねたところ「ヘア担当の人に確認しますね」と言ってそれっきり。
やり直すどころか確認すらしてくれませんでした。
あまりのひどさにがっかり。
お金と時間と成人式をドブに捨てました。
成人式で忙しいのは分かります。お店からしたら大勢の中の1人の客かもしれませんが、こちら側からしたら一生に一度の晴れ舞台です。もっときちんと連携をとって一人一人のお客と向き合うべきだと思います。
トラブルや嫌な気持ちになりたくないなら利用しないことがお勧めです。
もう二度と行きませんありがとうございました。
I asked for a seijin-shiki hairstyle.
I had a meeting to add hair and give volume, but there was no hair.
The difference in the length of the back hair is terrible, the amount is different, and the sideburns are light on one side but zero on the other side. The speed was too fast and I felt very sloppy. I regret that I should have done it myself.
During the dressing process, I asked, "I don't like my hair, but I can't do it again, right?" And said, "I'll check with the person in charge of hair."
He didn't even confirm it, let alone start over.
I'm disappointed with how terrible it is.
I threw away my money, time and seijin-shiki.
I know I'm busy with the seijin ceremony. From the shop, it may be one of the many customers, but from this side, it is a once-in-a-lifetime sunny stage. I think we should work more closely with each and every customer.
If you don't want to feel troubled or unpleasant, we recommend that you do not use it.
I will never go again Thank you.
