M	Masayoshi Fujii on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車旅の途中で偶然訪れましたが、とても美味しい珈琲と、「お裾分け」ということで大洲市名物の長浜志ぐれをいただくことができました。豆の種類、焙煎の深さはもとより、皮を剥く前の生豆の段階での処理の仕方次第で、同じ豆でも味わいが全く異なってくることなど、、、お店を切り盛りされている若い女性の方が大変豊富な知識をお持ちで、珈琲を入れて下さる合間に色々と楽しく会話をすることができました。お店の軒先に立つ焙煎小屋にて当日焙煎されたという豆をその場で挽くと、いよいよフィルター内にお湯を注いでいくのですが、その際には今までに見たことないほどの泡立ちで、その新鮮さを視覚的にも感じることができました。味は言うまでもなく最高です。基本はテイクアウトオンリーとのことですが、ご厚意で焙煎小屋にて珈琲をいただくことができました。（おそらく我々が自転車旅で、かつ雨上がり直後だったからですね。ありがとうございます！）まだまだ珈琲の種類があったので、近くであれば何度でも訪問して全ての味を制覇したいのですが、それが出来ないのが残念です、、、ただ、挽いた珈琲豆の遠方発送はできるとのことなので、そちら近いうちにお願いしたいと思います。 I visited by chance during my bicycle trip, but I was able to enjoy the delicious coffee and Nagahama Shigure, which is a specialty of Ozu City, because of the "separate hem". There are still many types of coffee, so I would like to visit as many times as I can to conquer all the flavors, but I'm sorry I can't do that ... However, it is said that the ground coffee beans can be shipped far away, so I would like to ask you soon.
