★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 駐車場がガラガラで、何故もっと人が来ないの？って不思議に思った。色んなカステラがあって、丸くないバームクーヘンも美味しそうだし、みんなみの里より良かった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 道の駅の向かい側に在るカステラ屋さん。何だかインパクトの有る外観です。仕事で近くに来たので、家のお茶漬けに買いました。
平日だからか、お客様は私一人だけ。スタッフの方は工場で作業に勤しんでらっしゃいました。
適当に見てみようと思ったら、気付いたスタッフの方が笑顔で出てきて御挨拶。試食をどうぞと言って、御茶を煎れてくれました。
良いですね。しかも、余計な事を言わずに作業に戻る所が良いですね。あまりあれやこれやと説明されるのは苦手なので、有りがたいです。
試食は目玉商品の満月も置いてあり、様々な種類のカステラが有りました。
気に入った味の物を、間違いなく買えるのは嬉しい事です。
商品はカステラだけでなく、フロランタンやマドレーヌ等も有り、他の御菓子や千葉の土産なんかも置いてあります。
カステラも、贈答用や家族で食べるのに良い大きいサイズと、私の様に一人身に良いワンカットの個別包装の物が有ります。
満月はやはり御高いですが、ワンカットならお手軽です。色々と買って食べましたが、お茶漬けには最適でした。スッキリとしたミントのハーブティーが合いましたね。
ただ、これぞ千葉の名産品！って言う商品が無いのは残念。富浦でビワを生産していますから、それを使ったカステラは作れないのですかね？オレンジ色の綺麗なカステラが出来そうですが…。或いは、地元野菜を練り込んだカステラや、米粉を使ったカステラとか。米粉でカステラは出来るのかな？
近くに来たら、また買いに寄りたい店です。

The products are not only Castella but also Florentin and Madeleine. There are other sweets and souvenirs from Chiba.
Castella also has a large size that is good for gifts and family eating, and one-cut individually wrapped items that are good for me like myself.
The full moon is still expensive, but a one-cut is easy. I bought a lot and ate it, but it was perfect for ochazuke. The refreshing mint herbal tea fits well.
However, this is a specialty product of Chiba! I am sorry that there is no such product. You produce loquat in Tomiura, so can't you make a castella using it? It looks like a beautiful orange castella ... Or castella mixed with local vegetables, or castella made with rice flour. Is it possible to make castella with rice flour?
This is a store you would like to visit again if you come nearby.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのカステラは 美味しい！ 原材料いいのかも。それと種類が豊富?10種類前後あり 定番のカステラはもちろんのこと 千葉名産の落花生のカステラや 大納言カステラ 抹茶カステラ等 私50代おばさんのお気入りですが 生地に練り込んであり しっとりしてて 1本700円しますが ペロッと食べれちゃいます。
他にココア味 マーブル味 紅茶味 アーモンドコーヒー味
黒糖味など。近くに行ったときは寄って帰ります。お土産最高！

自分で食べる用とお土産用にたくさん買います?
コロナ以前は多くのスタッフさんがガラス張りの工場で カステラを作っていましたが、コロナ禍の今はオーナーさんらしき男性が孤軍奮闘切り盛りされています。
こんな美味しいカステラを作ってくださるお店をコロナから守りたいの一心で微力ながら買い支えさせていただいてます。
本当に美味しいので一人でも多くの方に食べてほしいです。
お取り寄せもあるようなので遠方の方もぜひ❗

店内は思ったよりも広くて、カステラも色々と種類がありました。
カステラ以外にも煎餅やクッキー、そして房総土産がたくさんあります。
味はかなり濃厚で甘め。
支払いは、カード払いもできます。ちょっとしたお土産にも良さそうです。
