I contacted Esther and her team via e-mail and they were extremely responsive and flexible in arranging a time to come and do the cleaning. They arrived on time, were extremely friendly and professional throughout the entire cleaning process, and left our apartment in excellent condition. One of our air conditioning units was a bit difficult to remove and re-set, but Esther and her team took extreme caution in removing it and placing it back in. I would absolutely use their service for carpet and upholstery cleaning, and highly recommend their air conditioning service.
