S	Subi Quatro on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 要介護４認定の母が長期の入所でお世話になりました。入所初日は家に帰りたいと言われ心を痛めましたが、退所時の言葉は「楽しかった」。以前に比べ表情も明るく豊かになった様です。親身になって接して頂いたスタッフの皆さんには感謝に堪えません。 My mother, who is certified as requiring nursing care, was taken care of by her long-term admission. On the first day of admission, I was told that I wanted to go home, which hurt my heart, but when I left, the words were "fun." It seems that the expression is brighter and richer than before. I cannot thank all the staff who have been kind to me.
イ	インコピィー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先月、見学を申し込み約束の時間よりも早く到着しました。約束の時間が過ぎてもなかなか始まらず３０分過ぎてやっと、相談員から説明がありましたが、支離滅裂で益々疑問が残る状態でした。いつになったら書類を渡してもらえるのかと思いつつ、帰るまで渡してもらえませんでした。家に着いたら、ポストに投函してありました。時間にルーズ、説明も理解不能、大事な書類はポストに投函して、こんなにいい加減な相談員のいる施設に、安心して家族を預けられるでしょうか?お蔭様で、レベルの低い、常識も知識不足の相談員のいる施設に入る必要なく、家に帰る事が出来ました。信頼関係も、繋がらなくて大変良かったです。ケアセンター習志野さんに感謝の意味を込めて投稿させて頂きます。もう一度、良く考え直す事も大事ですね。 Last month, I applied for a tour and arrived earlier than the promised time. Even after the promised time had passed, it did not start easily, and after 30 minutes, the counselor explained, but the incoherence left more and more doubts. I was wondering when I would be able to hand over the documents, but I couldn't hand them over until I returned. When I got home, it was posted in the mailbox. Loose in time, incomprehensible explanation, post important documents to the post, can you safely leave your family in a facility with such a sloppy counselor? Thanks to you, low level, common sense and lack of knowledge I was able to go home without having to enter the facility where the counselor was.
