また、納期を決めて作業を依頼しても部品はあるのに実施されていないなどもありました。
代表者(？)の方は話が回りくどく、話があやふやにされてるような感じに思いました。
御利用される方は言った言わないにならないように面倒でも何かしら記録を取るようにした方がいいと思います。
部品代や工賃なども、平均値をよく調べてから依頼した方が良いかと…。

知人の数名がここでアライメントを調整しましたが、調整後に動きがおかしいと言われて作業レポートに記載されているデータと現物を見比べると目感で分かるほど狂っていました。
恐らく設備にも問題があるのではないでしょうか…。
作業もスキルがあるのかどうかわかりませんが、調整幅が足りない等と言って出来ない場合があるようです。
(他のお店では難なく調整してもらいました)
もし調整に出すならば、作業後の試乗は絶対にやってください。
また可能であれば水糸等を使って自分で確認するといいと思います。
追記
他のお客さんの保管してるホイールなどを勝手に他のお客さんへ貸したりしているようです。
