J	Judy Fruity on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One star for the sauna and onsen, otherwise I'll put 0 if that was possible. I arrived from kyoto on bicycle, on a rainy day. I was so tired and so wet but they had me waiting in the street in front the hotel becose I was 30 minutes early before check in, 15 the time we do the paperwork. Could not shower or change and after a employee told me too wait in the lobby I got kicked out by the manager becose "it's the rules". The place is depressing, the bed not confortable, you have no space for luggage so it stays down stairs and the guys at the front desk were rude with me when I checked out. The guy yelled at me becose he thought I was gonna leave without my bag... Horrible hotel.

This capsule hotel compliments your stay with WiFi connectivity throughout the hotel, a pretty large common hot-bath and sauna, a comfortable media room furnished with easy reading seats and personal computers. All this for 3800 Yen per night is absolutely amazing.

Veg out and living space available upstairs. Impressed. Take earplugs because the capsules don't have doors (but they do have a privacy blind).

Negative: The fact there was plenty of empty beds but they placed the guests beds right next to eachother while there's a virus spreading around the world. I'm sure it was only to make it easy on the cleaners. And I was confused on how it costs ¥3800 for a bed without a booking reservation online, but if you have a simple reservation it cost only ¥1800.

Negative: The location was okay, but the area was in the mid of the entertainment district and I didn't feel secured. The other customers look a bit unsafe as well..
