2Fにはショールームがあり最新機種を試すこともできる。
2F奥はサービスの受付になっていてカメラのメンテナンスや点検をお願いすることができます(有料)。
一眼カメラのセンサークリーニングは保証期間内は無料でやってくれます。混み合うときは時間がかかります。
雨の日でも品川駅から濡れずに行けるのが便利です。
日曜祝日は閉館なので注意。
