グ	グーグルアカウント on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雑誌やネットで取り上げられている大阪府内でも有名なキャンプショップ。レアなギアを仕入れているので何度か店頭で買い物したが、オンラインショップ対応が最悪。最長1ヶ月の納期を要する予約商品を先払いで購入。1ヶ月以上経っても何の連絡もないのでこちらからメールをしたが、連絡なし。一週間後にもう一度メールを送って、その翌週に謝罪の返事がきたが、こちらの氏名を間違っての謝罪文。他の客と混同していないかのメールも送信したが無視。他の客にも発送の件で謝罪してるということは雑な対応をしている証拠。ウェブサイト上では商品発送については電話で回答できかねないと記載されており、メールでの問い合わせは３日以内に返信するという注意書きを見て、氏名のコピペ謝罪文のメールも含め、発送について他の客ともトラブルになっているのが今回の購入でわかりました。オンラインでの購入は要注意。インスタばっか更新してないで、支払い済みの商品ちゃんと客に連絡して発送しろよ。 A famous camp shop in Osaka prefecture that has been featured in magazines and online.
