k	kuniko kashima on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お誕生日のディナーで予約しました。予約電話の際は食べたいものや好みなどせっかくのお誕生日なのでと細かく聞いてくださり、使う食材やコースの内容や金額を決めて、当日のその時間はたぶん貸し切りになると思うのでゆっくり楽しんでいただけると思います！ととても丁寧な対応でした。しかし、当日予約時間にお店を訪れると、店内の電気は消え、すべてのテーブルの上に雑に物が置かれ…とても営業してる店舗とは思えない状態。何度か声をかけ、ようやく奥から店主が出てきて、なんですか？といわれ。今日17時から予約してたんですが…と答えると、名前を確認され、あーちょっとお待ち下さいねと奥のテーブルの上を片付け始める。清潔感の無い服装や予約していたのにも関わらず何の準備もしていない雰囲気が不安になり、「全く準備ができてないようですが、この状況でお願いしてたコースをスムーズに提供できますか？時間かかりません？」と尋ねたところ、「ちょっと立て込んでまして。予約の際、何かご注文受けてましたか？？」とのお返事。そして、「お急ぎですか？1分も待てませんか？そういう事であればキャンセルしていただいて結構です。」とのお返事。準備が出来てないことに対して謝罪の言葉もありませんでした。予約して行ってこんな仕打ち初めてです。ミシュラン掲載されてたとか信じられない。 Booked for birthday dinner. I made a reservation from 17:00 today, but when I replied, my name was confirmed and I waited for a moment, and I started cleaning up the table in the back. I was worried about the clothes that were not clean and the atmosphere where I had made a reservation but did not prepare anything, ``It seems that I am not ready at all, but the course I requested in this situation is smoothly provided. When asked, "Can you do it? Does it take time?", "Replying to you, did you receive any order when making the reservation?" Then, "Is it in a hurry? Can you wait for a minute?
