オプションで未補正の元データをもらえるはずが、なぜか「普通は未補正のものはお渡しできないのですが…」と、ホームページに記載されているサービス内容と矛盾した説明を受けました。
合成された写真は髪の毛など細かいところはまったく消えてしまい、すごく不自然な仕上がりでした。
納得できるまで撮り直しができるとのことですが、撮影スタッフはめんどくさそうな態度で、無愛想な応対をされました。
I asked you to take an ID photo.
I should be able to get the uncorrected original data as an option, but for some reason I received an explanation that contradicted the service content described on the homepage, saying, "Usually I can't hand over the uncorrected data ...".
In the composited photo, the details such as hair disappeared completely, and the finish was very unnatural.
It is said that you can retake the picture until you are satisfied with it, but the shooting staff responded unfriendlyly with an annoying attitude.

たった７枚で5000円以上酷い！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内のマリオで3歳児と0歳児の写真を撮ってもらいました。女性スタッフさん同士の連携が素晴らしく、明るく楽しく撮影が終わりました。見ていて私も楽しい気持ちになりました。
I had Mario in the store take pictures of 3-year-olds and 0-year-olds. The cooperation between the female staff was wonderful, and the shooting was bright and fun. Watching it made me happy too.
