I had a copy of the photo. In my case, I can choose the size and it is easier and less wasteful than printing at home. The clerk was also kind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約や料金の確認をしたくて、時間帯をずらしながら3回電話しましたが、一度も出ませんでした。正直営業するかあるのかなぁて思います。
I wanted to confirm the reservation and the price, so I called three times at different times, but never answered. I wonder if there is an honest business.

写真の外枠がずれて大きく白く抜けていたり、サイズが違っていたり、イメージと全く違っていたため問い合わせたところ、「タブレットからの写真だとそうなるんですよね〜。サイズの規格が違うんで」と笑いながら言われました。
あまりにも酷かったため修正や返金を求めたところ、言い合いになり、挙げ句「というか、うちじゃないんで。工場の方に言ってもらっていいですかね？」と逆ギレされました。
普通、こういうのチェックしないんですか？と聞いても「いやだから、うちじゃないんで」と責任をなすりつける有様。
話にならないです。
I ordered a wedding photo book with this machine.
When I asked because the outer frame of the photo was misaligned, it was missing out in white, the size was different, or it was completely different from the image, I was told, "It's the same for a photo from a tablet. The size standard is different." Was said with a laugh.
He was so terrible that he sought corrections and refunds, and he was in dispute, saying, "I mean, it's not home. Is it okay to have the factory tell me?"
Do you usually check for this? Asked, "No, so it's not ours."
It doesn't matter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフが皆さんとても親切で、フォトブックや年賀状の作成時などよく教えて下さいます。心配して何度も見に来て下さり、いつも思い通りのものを作る事が出来ます。お店は清潔感があり気持ち良いです。お年寄りにも丁寧な接客です。カメラの買取りもはじめたようです。
All the staff are very kind and will tell you well when creating photo books and New Year's cards. You will be worried and come to see us many times, and you will always be able to make what you want. The shop is clean and comfortable. It is a polite customer service for the elderly. It seems that they have started buying cameras.
