リクエストしたサイズの仕事内容に対して
客側に大いにケチをつけて文句を物凄く言い返してきた上
誰も頼んでもいないプリントサイズの作業を自分勝手にやった上て
その上その分の料金不法請求!
はっきりいってこれはボッタクリだっ!
多分ここにはよっぽどでもない限りはもう二度と行かないっ!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 証明写真を撮りに行ったが、若い女性店員一人で店が回っていないようだった。電話をしながら、証明写真のブースでお待ちくださいと言われたままその中で放置。呼びに行っても電話中。もうしばらく待ってくださいとこちらも見ずに言ってから数分後、「3枚撮影します」と言って撮影。取り直しは無制限では？と思いながら撮影。他の店舗では前髪や顔の角度など、注意して頂きましたがそれも殆どなく、画面上の小さな写真を確認したところ表情が乏しそうに見えた為、「もう少し笑った方が良いですか？」と聞いたが、明らかに取り直しするのが面倒な様子で、「人によります」と回答。結果、出来上がりを見ると今までで最悪の証明写真でした。この対応で3000円近い料金を取るのかと思うと衝撃です。他店舗ではいつも満足のできるものだったので、とても残念です。態度も悪く、技術もないカメラ屋だと痛感しましたので二度と利用しません。

皆さん親切に対応して頂きました。
