★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テイクアウトで豆乳スコーン(抹茶、キャラメル、チョコチップ。各204円)をいただきました。そのうち抹茶を実食です。率直な感想としては、普通のスコーンと同じ感じを期待すると肩透かしを喰らってしまうでしょう。ただ、こちらのお店は「からだに優しい大豆のお菓子」がコンセプトです。素材はおから・豆乳・絹ごし豆腐などを軸にしており、きび糖を使用して甘さを控え目に。保存料もナシ。
私の経験則ですが、健康志向を謳う食品は大抵が「ん？」というものが多く、中にはゴメンナサイなものも。しかしこちらのスコーンは標準的なスコーンに近い仕上がりであり、かつ栄養価も高くダイエットにも良さそう。この手のお菓子は素材原価はかかっているのでしょうが、量が少なくて味も……なものと出会う確率が高いのです。こちらのお店はこの美味しさでこの価格。お店の場所を含めてまさに穴場です。
コロナ対策はアルコール消毒がありました。次はチーズケーキやシフォンケーキを狙うとしましょう！

However, this scone has a finish close to that of a standard scone, and is nutritious and looks good on a diet. This kind of sweets may cost a lot of ingredients, but there is a high probability that you will come across something that is small in quantity and tastes good. This shop is this delicious and this price. It's a little-known spot, including the location of the shop.
