せめて自分のような人が居るのだから、セルフレジ担当は、気持ち良く、ありがとう?といえるような人を配置して欲しいものです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ペットフードを買った。愛犬に食べさせようと開けたカビだらけ！商品交換する際に、理由も述べず、新しいのと交換すればヨシとされました。ほかにクレームがないので。だそうです。
メーカーに連絡したら、カインズに確認してくれた。けれど、調査に出す事もなく、処分されていた。管理が悪くて証拠隠滅したのか。もう信用できません。ちなみにメーカーさんからは予測の範囲だが、きちんと説明をしていただけ、納得できたので、今後はこの店以外で買います。ウチの愛犬の好物なので。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも買う缶コーヒーのケースが100円安くなってて、しかも100ポイントついてた。青森で買ってた値段に近づいて嬉しい。一方で４月から色々値上げになって、別の日、普段使ってる日用品を見に行ったがカインズも値段が上がっていて何も買わずに出てきてしまった。いつも混んでたのに、空いてるのはそのせい？出入り口に産直野菜やパンがワゴンで売られていたが、何も安くない。何なんそれ？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ テレビでカインズオリジナルのカレー鍋（電子レンジ用）が紹介されていて気になり県内では一番でかいかなと思い郡山富田店へ来てみた。今まで来た事が無いわけではないが店内をくまなく見て歩いたのは初めてです。それにしてもデカい！ＨＣにおける商品アイテムが全て網羅！どのコーナーも他のＨＣに比べてみても充実さは明らかです。県内本社の某ＨＣと比べてみると比較が出来ない位充実な部分が沢山あります。自転車コーナー・アウトドアコーナー・文具コーナー・洗濯ハンガー等を重点的に見ました。ただ単にメーカーから仕入れているのではなく顧客ニーズを捉えてオリジナル商品を開発している所が凄いな！カインズはグループ企業としてベイシアグループ（旧伊勢屋グループ）としてワークマンやベイシア等沢山の企業で構成されている。最近ではカインズが東急ハンズを買収したというニュースも流れた。地方発信(群馬本社)の企業として今後も期待したい。

Cainz is a group company consisting of many companies such as Workman and Beisia as the Beisia Group (former Iseya Group). Recently, there was news that Cainz had acquired Tokyu Hands. I would like to expect it in the future as a company originating from the local area (Gunma head office).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Possibly the largest home center in Koriyama City. Located within reasonable walking distance to Tomita Station. The store has a large selection of home improvement goods and various other products. Large garden center. Pet store, too. Huge parking area, if you are driving.
