★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 草刈り機が壊れて困っていました。担当の島田さんにお聞きしたところ、「ちょっと見ましょうか？」と快く見てくださいました。側にいた若い２人の店員さんも直そうと一生懸命やってくれました。（名前がわからずすみません）おかげで機械も直り、ジャングルだった家に、庭ができました！優しい店員さんがたくさんいることに感激！姉もカインズは「皆いい人だよね」と同意。一日とても嬉し気持ちで過ごせました。ありがとうございます。
I was in trouble because the mower was broken. When I asked Mr. Shimada, who was in charge, he was happy to see, "Would you like to see it for a moment?" The two young clerk who were on the side also worked hard to fix it. (I'm sorry I don't know the name) Thanks to that, the machine has been repaired, and a garden has been created in the jungle house! I am impressed that there are many friendly clerk! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 物干し竿を見ていたのですが、これはさすがにたった１日で、鳥の糞がここまで溜まらないと思います、下の台にも糞が沢山あって、買う気がとても起こりません。
忙しいのかもしれませんが、清掃員を雇われた方が良いと思います

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内は広く、日用品や作業用品まで大体の物は手に入るかなと思います。あまり長時間滞在しませんでしたが、比較的安めのホームセンター。
The inside of the store is large, and I think you can get most of the items such as daily necessities and work items. I didn't stay for a long time, but it was a relatively cheap home improvement store.

カインズアプリで取り置きを試してみましたが、これは便利です。ポイントカードも要らなくなるし、各店の在庫数が判るのもいいです。店内マップで商品の場所もわかります。

I've tried layaway with the Cainz app, which is useful. You don't need a point card, and it's nice to know the number of items in stock at each store. You can also see the location of the product on the in-store map.
