以前は2階の半分が喫煙席で、2階全体がタバコ臭かったですが、今では【全席禁煙＋小さな喫煙ブース】になってました。
禁煙席とブースはきちんとドアで仕切られていて臭いは気になりません。
2年ぶりに利用したら快適でした。今後多用させてもらいます。
WiFi無し、電源無しなので⭐︎は3つ。
 It doesn't smell like cigarettes anymore ?
Previously, half of the 2nd floor was smoking seats, and the entire 2nd floor smelled of cigarettes, but now it is [all seats non-smoking + small smoking booth].
The non-smoking seats and the booth are properly separated by a door, so the smell is not a concern.
It was comfortable to use for the first time in 2 years. I will use it a lot in the future.
There are 3 ⭐︎ because there is no WiFi and no power supply.

待たずに☕、軽食を購入でき、落ち着いた感じです。
椅子は固めなので、ゆっくりはしませんでしたが、ちょっと座って☕を飲みたいときにブレンド200円は、うれしいです☺
A good location within a 5 second walk to Shin-Keisei Electric Railway.
You can buy light meals ☕ without waiting and it feels calm.
The chair is solid, so I didn't do it slowly, but when you want to sit down and drink ☕ 200 yen blend is nice ☺

I had coffee slowly. There are light meals and sweets in the showcase.

他のチェーン店よりもコーヒーが安いので、ちょっとした休憩に使います。
Directly connected to Niitsudanuma Station, Ito-Yokado, and AEON.
Coffee is cheaper than other chain stores, so use it for a short break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カフェラテがぬるかった(2回目)。1回目は交換してもらったが、2回目は面倒なのでそのままのんだ。ミルク温めない時点で嫌な予感はした。
The latte was lukewarm (second time). The first time I had it replaced, but the second time it was a hassle, so I just kept it. I had a bad feeling when I didn't warm the milk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタバが目の前にあるのにベローチェに行きたくなるのは新鮮な感覚です。欲を言えば窓をもっときれいにして座席の間隔を広くして欲しいです。
It's a fresh feeling to want to go to Veloce when Starbucks is right in front of you. If you want, I want you to clean the windows and widen the space between the seats.

津田沼・新津田沼周辺のコーヒー出すお店の中で恐らく最もおいしくない。
ケーキは恐らく保管方法がよくないのかも。がっかり。
It's simply not delicious, and hot coffee isn't hot either.
Probably the least delicious coffee shop around Tsudanuma and Shin-Tsudanuma.
The cake is probably not well stored. Disappointed.
