お客さんに出すクレープの上で手の消毒のためにアルコール吹きかけるのはやめた方がいいですよ。お客さんはそういうところもしっかり見てます。あんまり舐めない方がいいです。
まだオープンしてまもないなら、技術は未熟でも真心くらいは持っておいてほしい。
