N	Norio Murakami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先月開店したという猪名川町にあるCafeです。月曜日、火曜日が定休日らしく丁度休みの日に訪問したため料理内容がレポートできてません。田舎にあり山と畑と田んぼに囲まれた癒しを提供そてくれるでしょう。 It is Cafe in Inagawa-cho that opened a store last month. K	KOH NAKAJIMA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日のごはんカボチャケーキ猪名川町役場の近くで古民家をリノベーションして始められたちまこま喫茶手作り感がいい感じでチェックしていたんですが、行きそびれているうちにコロナの緊急事態宣言やっと訪問できました。近所なのにね予約無しで行ったら満員カウンターで良ければとの事でおじゃまさせてもらいました奥さん一人で切り盛りするにはお客さんが多すぎコロナ明けで一気に人が増えた感じです一時的なブームかもしれないから人を増やす事もできないから、難しいところですね旦那さん、手伝わないのかなあだいぶん待たされたけれど、おかげで夫婦の会話を満喫できましたただ、奥さんが目指している場所とは少し違ってきているように思えましたたくさんお客が来ればいいとかじゃなく、家庭的な雰囲気を大事にしたいんじゃないかなあと思いましたたった一人で忙しそうにしているのが少し気の毒にも見えました今の忙しい時期が一段落するまで、がんばってのりこえてくださいね今回は第一印象だけ料理、美味しかったです手がこんでますサラダの甘いドレッシングはなんだったのかな？そうめんかぼちゃ、梅干しのアクセントだけで違ってきますねホイコーローも美味しかったしささげの姿揚げもなかなか甘さに欠けるカボチャケーキには、ちゃんと蜂蜜を下にひいたり、工夫してあったご飯のお代わりには梅干しつけてくれてありがとうリタイア組でぜいたくができないので外食はそうそう出来ないけれど、またよらさせてもらいますなんせ、料理勉強中のおっさんのごはんがウマいわけがないおいしいもん、食べたぁい Today's rice Pumpkin cake Tachimakoma Cafe started by renovating an old folk house near Inagawa Town Hall I was checking it with a nice handmade feeling, but while I was missing, I declared a state of emergency in Corona. M	Mizutama Socks on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドライブの帰りにお食事を頂きました。とても感じの良いオーナーさんが出迎えて下さります。量感はそんなにありませんが、1品1品丁寧に作られたお料理がキレイに盛り付けられていて、お人柄が伝わってきました。優しい味付けに心がほっこりします。店内も明るく温かい雰囲気で、食器類やインテリアもこだわっていらっしゃってステキです。ただ、オーナーさんがオーダー品を作り始めたにもかかわらず、先客の常連さんらしき方達が大きな声でカウンター越しにずっと話しかけてらしたのはちょっと残念でした。こじんまりしたお店のためその状況を見聞きせざるを得ないので、個人的にはあまり心地好いものではないと感じました。その点以外は良かったです。後からワンちゃん連れの方も来られたので、ペットOKなのかもしれません。 ※その際は一言お声かけして下さるご配慮はありました。 I had a meal on the way back from the drive. w	watanabe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 疲れを取ったり免疫力を高める方法で、実は効果が高いのは、“自然の中を歩くこと”だったりするらしいのですが、このちまこま喫茶さんはそれを体現させてくれました(^^) 4台ほど駐車可能な駐車場から車をとめて進む小道から、それは始まります。少し冷たい風と青い空の下、咲き始めた梅の花(桜かと思てたけど)と菜の花に吸い込まれるようにたどり着くと、平日ながら忙しそうにお料理を作り、気さくに応対してくださる店主さんと、なぜか常連さんの老犬パグ2匹がお出迎え。メニューは“今日のごはん” ・ゴロゴロポトフ・人参のピーナッツバターソテー・菜の花生姜お浸し・(なんとか)肉コールスロー・トマトと卵のチリソース・きゅうりのにんにく醤油漬け・オレンジグリーンサラダ・ごはん (※ちゃんと載せれずごめんなさい) 小さい子どもが2人いるのでどう分けようかと思っていたところ、ごはんと海苔とイチゴの特別ワンプレートメニューのサービスが。子どもはこういうのでめっちゃ喜びます(笑) ポトフもサラダも全部美味しかったんですが、食後のデザートの苺のババロアが冗談抜きにめちゃ旨かったです、はい。すこぶるのどかで、いつまでも居たくなる雰囲気で、子どももなかなか帰りたがらなくなる良質なひとときでした。コロナワクチンの3回目接種はもうせんでええんちゃうかと思うくらい免疫力が上がった気がします(笑) 星5個じゃ足りません。 It seems that "walking in nature" is actually the most effective way to get rid of fatigue and boost immunity.
