★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老母と訪問。店名(牛女からかな？)からしてこだわりが感じられますね。チェーン店のようなありきたりの牛丼ではないのよといった女主人の言。駐車場あり。しっかり煮込まれた濃厚な丼。調理にやや時間、量は少なめか(男のワタシには一番高いのでも物足りず腹一杯は味わえず)。会計時、サクマドロップをもらいました ☆3.5

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宇陀の保存された昔の町並み歩きがてら、お昼に寄ってみました。大和牛を地元醤油でトロトロに煮込んで、吉野葛で仕上げた牛丼が美味しく、定食も自家製豆腐やお味噌などでこだわっておられます。漢方薬の当帰定食も効くって感じで美味しい。鹿肉も。
I stopped by for lunch while walking around the old streets of Uda. The beef bowl made by boiling Yamato beef in local soy sauce and finishing it with Yoshino kudzu is delicious, and the set meal is also particular about homemade tofu and miso. The Toki set meal of Chinese herbs is also effective and delicious. Venison too.
