チ	チャンネルホルオモン on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鯛焼。普通の鯛焼である、しかし生地はかなりもちもちとしており、なんというかあんの食感と相性は良いとは言えないが、まあ悪くもない。個人的にはもちもちした感じがない、ぼそぼそしたくらいが好きだがこれは見解がわかれるかなと。ただ生地の無味に徹する感じは非常にいい。そうであるからこそあんが引き立つというもの。大体最近の白い鯛焼などは生地もあんも味を主張しすぎていてかえって味を相殺している。だがここはしっかりと引き立て役に徹している。サイズ的には非常に小さく、出店とかのサイズのふたまわりばかし小さいかなと。ただ、スマートに食べれる意味では決して悪くはない。時間が立つに連れて温度が下がり、もちもちした食感とあんの食感との相性の悪さが引き立ち始めるため、買ったら熱いうちに食べるのがいい。味は美味しいので４つ。一言で表すならば「可愛い」鯛焼かなあ。 Taiyaki.
