Z	Zoso Bonzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ バッハとコーヒーと静寂しかない。そこには至福の時しかない。まるで、欧州の教会のようである。広島の文化を支える、指折りの喫茶店であると確信する。顧客に媚びることなく、突っぱねるだけの空間がある。ここには顧客の自己主張は要らない、バッハに音楽に浸るためのお店である。音楽に、身を任せれば良い。京都は老舗の喫茶店は多いが、これほどの居心地の良さはない、というか音楽に浸ることはない。観光客が増えると店が荒れる。ザワザワする。店の流儀に合わせないからだ。こういった店は天然記念物のような稀少性があり、身を任せるだけで良い。コーヒーな数十種類はある。色は薄くても、しっかりした味わいがある。お薦めを聞いてみると良い。マレーシア？の豆のコーヒーか。フランス風のウィンナーコーヒーか？アップルパイをつまんでみるのも良い。静かに楽しんでほしい。一人で物思いに耽るのも良い。1日を振り返るのも良い。リセットできるだろうと思う。この空間、希少性を考えるならば、、あと、何十年と残ってほしい、という文化遺産のような店である。通い続けたいお店である。 There is only Bach, coffee and silence.
